At Luxora, we want you to love every fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@luxora.pk with your order number.
- Include a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and address.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (for COD, we issue a bank transfer or store credit).
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or fragrances, subject to availability. The exchange process is the same as returns – contact us to arrange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
