Orders & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. We are working on adding online payment options in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is PKR 350 for orders under PKR 5,000. Orders of PKR 5,000 or more qualify for free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across Pakistan. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS once your order is shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Use our Track Order page with your order number and phone number to check the current status.

Are Luxora perfumes imported?

We import premium oils from France, the UAE, and India. The fragrances are expertly blended and bottled locally to ensure fresh, high-quality products.

How long do Luxora perfumes last?

Our high oil concentration ensures 10–14 hours of longevity on skin, with an evolving scent profile that develops throughout the day.

Do you offer samples?
